Solid Colors are recommended. Patterns and Stripes take away from the focus of your face.
Darker Colors help draw attention to your face.
Our eyes are drawn to the lightest part of a portrait.
Always a client favorite and most ladies have a version of this in their closet. The options are endless here.
These are two clothes that you can't go wrong with. They can be the main attraction or layered with another piece of your outfit.
There are beautiful lace or sheer tops or jackets that pair well with a simple top. They add interest and most of the time give you the option for a 3/4 or long sleeve.
This is a chance to break out that dress in the back of the closet. The one you LOVE but only were able to wear 1x to a special event.
A sequence dress makes for a fabulous option and can instantly make you feel glamourous. They can be long or short.
A flowy dress or skirt is always fun and adds movement to the portraits.
I recommend it be more form-fitting on top to flatter your figure, but have fun and play with the movement.
Pantsuit
A fabulous pantsuit is a great option to consider.
Many women feel beautiful in jeans. Dress it up with a cute top or dress it down and keep it simple.
Pair with some heels or go barefoot. With jeans the options are endless.
Want a timeless and classic look? A Black turtle neck is a great option to consider. Pair it with a beautiful necklace or a long pair of earrings.
Note: Be aware of how much material in around the neck. You don't want it too bulky.
Leggings is a fabulous option to consider. Again, you can dress it up or dress it down.
An oversized sweater, tunic, sequenced off the shoulder top, leather jacket - the options are endless, just get creative and remember, it's all about what makes you feel beautiful.
Remember how impactful jewelry can be. it can be simple or it can be the showcase of the outfit.
If you want to showcase the jewelry, keep your outfit simple and let the jewelry do the talking. Add in color through your jewelry or make it a fun accent of the outfit.
